Processing, Shipping and Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of this craft we are asking you to give us up to 14 business days to process, create and size your strand. although it may not take the full 14 days, depending on orders that maybe ahead of yours and holidays during USPS peak season we ask for an additional 5 days.
Once your package is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number, once that happens your packing is in the hands of USPS. Please contact them for claims regarding delays or lost/stolen packages.
HipHalos holds no responsibility for addresses that are incomplete, incorrect or not picked up in a timely manner. If you notice that you may have given us the wrong address please reach out as soon as possible before we ship. Any package that is shipped out and returned to us will not be reshipped until shipping fee is covered by you with updated shipping information. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may be charged by customs on international orders. Shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Due to the intimate nature of waistbeads, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges are accepted. For damaged strands, you will need to send a picture of the damages within 7 days from receiving your package to be approved or denied for a repair or replacement strand. Any gifts or giveaway items are not eligible for replacement. Should your strand need to be repaired after the 7 days time there will be a fee that needs to be collected before the repair starts.
Our string is said to be the toughest and has been proven to withstand tension! However, it is still string and liable to break with excessive tugging, so be mindful.
Repairs for damages will only be done once, within the 7 days before a fee will be necessary. If your strand keeps breaking then you need to pay attention to what you're doing when they break, the colors you are choosing, the purpose of that bead and if you are properly sizing yourself for the bead. We are not responsible for strands that are too small as we use the size YOU give us when you order the strand and we give up to 2 additional inches to the strand by default.
